Blood orange negroni

Ingredients

• 1 ounce gin
• 1 ounce Campari
• 1 ounce sweet vermouth
• 1 ounce freshly squeezed blood orange juice
• blood orange slice, and zest

instructions

1. Fill a mixing glass or shaker with ice, gin, Campari, vermouth, and blood orange juice. Stir well, or shake, and strain into a small ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with a thin slice of blood orange, floating on the top,
2. Rub the rim of the glass with zest.
