- 8 tablespoons butter, cut into chunks
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 9 egg yolks
- 9 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
