- 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 bottle Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 12 oz sliced almonds OR pre-made almond flour OR regular breadcrumbs if you are not low-carb
- blue cheese
- celery
- salt, pepper
Instructions
- If you are making your own almond flour, throw all sliced almonds in a blender or food processor and blend until you get a flour like texture.
- If you are using pre-made almond flour or breadcrumbs, skip this step.
- Beat two eggs and 1/4 cream together.
- Slice your boneless, skinless breasts into tender like strips.
- Dip each tender in the egg and cream mixture, then dredge in the breadcrumbs or almond flour.
- Place breaded tender on a greased baking sheet or parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 375F for 20-40 minutes, depending on oven, until chicken cooked through.
- Let chicken cool for 10-15 minutes after removing from oven.
- Toss breaded, cooked tenders in Frank's Buffalo Sauce until fully coated.
- Serve with celery and blue cheese or your choice of side!
