Cheesecake:
- 16 oz. full-fat cream cheese-softened to room temperature
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs + 1 egg white
Banana Bread:
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup sugar
- 6 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 egg+ 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large or 3 small bananas-mashed(about 1 ¼ cups )
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½– 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (to taste)
- ½ cup miniature chocolate chips
Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 3 oz. full-fat cream cheese-softened to room temperature
- 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter-softened to room temperature
- 2 cups powdered sugar- sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1–2 Tablespoons sour cream
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts-for garnish
